Abstract
A data publisher recently decided to stop contributing data to the Pyth oracle and therefore needs to be offboarded from the Pythnet validator set.
Rationale
Keeping inactive data publishers as Pythnet validator may cause some issues to the reliability of Pythnet, therefore this now inactive publisher validator should be removed from the Pythnet permissioned set.
