This proposal aims to:

Approve the 5 elected members for the 5th Price Feed Council

Distribute the stipend to the 4th Price Feed Council members that met the threshold

Continue the stipend of 45,000 PYTH per member for the new term

1. Approve the 5th Price Feed Council
As explained in the Guide for the 5th Price Feed Council Election, 5 seats were availxble for election. The 2 members automatically re-elected based on tenure are:
- Mario Bernardi — Pyth Data Association
- Riccardo Reyes — Pyth Network Chiron

2. Distribute the Price Feed Council Member stipend
As previously approved, 45,000 PYTH must be distributed to each council member that met the activity threshold. You can find the participation tracking here.
