Pyth DAO Council
Pyth Community Council
Incentives, grants, and growth programs from within the Pyth community.
Mandate
The Pyth Community Council is a 7-member body that oversees community-facing spend on behalf of the Pyth DAO — incentive programs, growth initiatives, education, and retroactive funding for ecosystem contributors. All disbursements run through the Community Multisig Wallet and are reported back to the DAO. The council does not set oracle parameters (that is the Pythian Council) or curate price feeds (Price Feed Council).
Operational authority
- Community incentive programs (rewards, campaigns)
- Growth initiatives (developer relations, marketing, partnerships)
- Retroactive funding for ecosystem contributors
- Education and onboarding (workshops, content, ambassadors)
- Acting as multisig signer for budgets approved by the DAO

Role in governance
The Pyth DAO operates through three councils plus token-holder voting on Realms. Each council has a narrow, Constitution-defined mandate; DAO-wide changes (Constitutional amendments, treasury, council elections) go to a PYTH staker vote.
- Pythian Council· Oracle program upgrades, cross-chain verification, and data request fees
- Price Feed Council· Listing of price feeds and selection of data publishers
- Pyth Community Council· Incentives, grants, and growth programs from within the Pyth community
